Appeal the denial of your unemployment benefits with professional legal representation.

      Appellate strategy.

The first step in representation involves analysis of the facts of the client’s situation and the applicable law. Then, based on experience and expertise, our attorneys evaluate the best strategy to persuade the Administrative Law Judge to overturn the EDD’s decision. This guides the strategy employed in the case going forward.

      Drafting briefs.

Our attorneys are well versed in researching and writing the persuasive documents that serve as building blocks of the appellate case. CUIAB precedent decisions and published case law from the California Court of Appeal and Supreme Court are reviewed to craft compelling arguments in favor of our clients.

Representation and advocacy at the hearing.

Unemployment benefits appeal hearings require more than just preparation and persuasive arguments. Being familiar with the system goes a long way toward succeeding on appeal. Our attorneys have extensive experience in courtrooms and at administrative hearings.
